Seeking Paramotor Instruction

My brother in-law, who lives in the Lancaster-Reading area of Pennsylvania (specifically the town of Adamstown, approximately 50 miles North west of Phila.) is interested in flying paramotors. I told him I would ask around for recommendations regarding instructors. Who would you recommend in that area? Thanks for your input.
