From the Hyner club forum:
"It was SE at Jack's...The wind picked up as Tbone, Mark and I set up....By the time Mark stepped over the quard rail it was gusting past 18 but lulls were in the 10 to 15 range..He had to fight a right wing lift issue and I think it was the dumpster cutting off flow to his left wing... I was next and was 12 more right on launch for a step off launch with tbone and Dennis who showed up to help wire and talk to owner and not fly. Tbone was last and didn't have launch issues in the brisk wind.... Gains - just under three g above with massive sink after topping outin multible thermal climbs...Tbone thot he was trapped behind, over the back, and cleared with several
hundred.. That happened to me too ...There was a bit of everything but smooth air...It was smooth in cored lift and landing was swithchy ... Over all it was a great day at Jack's... It was probably good at noon and was still crank'n at sunset...rightous teardown and top exchange!I'm thru writing my Jack's report now."
