Rehoboth/Ocean City

Post by SheilaGardner »

I know it's a bit of a stretch but since I'm planning on doing hg'ging and getting a tandem for my mom, I'm posting here that I'm looking for an ocean-front Rehoboth or Ocean City beachhouse (3 or 4 bedrooms) for this summer. I thought some of you might have stayed at one you liked or know someone who's trying to rent out. Any info would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!! Sheila

Not sure about 4 bedrooms but Richard Hays has a condo in Ocean City which he rents out. Might be worth checking with him (maryland school of hang gliding).

Sheila,
Here is a trick I learned - most time share operations have rentals from owners who choose not to exchange. Rates can be pretty good. Best plan - go to the two timeshare exchange organization web sites, identify possible resorts from their listings, and then call those resorts directly to ask about rentals. Do not work with the exchange company - just use their web site to find resorts. You can search the resort directory listing without being a member.

The two outfits are

Resort Condominiums International (RCI)

and
Interval International (II)
