Thank you for your kind words and rememberances of dad. He so enjoyed watching you all fly and land in the back field. We have been very touched by the notes, cards and (I'm not sure who brought/sent the flowers, but they were absolutely lovely!) Please send our thanks on to our friends in the sky!

You have been an inspiration to us as well. My sister took up hang gliding this year! She absolutely LOVES it! She now owns her own glider and is working her way through the difficulties so that she may someday jump our mountain and land in the back yard! She is looking for more info on Signal Knob jump and I know would love to hear from you all.

Lil's e-mail is: lillian17@hotmail.com. Please, feel free to "drop" in and say hello anytime. Our field will remain open to you all. See you soon! Happy launches, great thermals & easy landings to you all!

I have heard from Lillian Rudacille. She lives in Charleston SC, and has been learning HG at Lookout Mountain. She is just shy of her H2 and bought a Pulse 9 M.

I will invite her to join the CHGPA forum.

Interesting--I fly Lookout very frequently--maybe I can track her down--she's probably still on the hills or tandems.

I spoke with Steve Wendt, and Lillian Rudacille had been in touch with him before Christmas. She is planning a trip up to take lessons from him. They had already talked about the need for lessons at other than Lookout to prepare for flying Virginia mountains.

I feel better already.
