Sounds like him, but he lives in Baltimore county, not PG county. profile says his name is Ian.

Rich's son's name is Ian and he was living in Baltimore County. He didn't get around to updating the profile when he moved in with Rich. It doesn't sound like Ian (although I'm surprised you'd recognize Ian's voice if you did hear it) since it's speeded up. It's getting lots of hits.

Oh, I was thinking Rich Hays...'cause the voice kinda sounded like his kid. Different Rich.
