2002 - Joe Gregor - For his efforts in getting High Rock re-opened.
2004 - Ralph Sickinger - For being an all-around really great guy.
(Actually, I don't know what I'm getting it for. I think it's because
I'm not married and therefore have enough empty space in my house to
store it.)

That still leaves 2003; might that have been Mark Cavanaugh, for his
efforts in setting up the web site? Anyone? Bueller?

The CHGPA Standard Operating Procedures Manual that I have was updated
in 2002.? The list of Exceptional Service Awards looks like this:
? CHGPA Exceptional Service Award
Award unveiled in 1987 by Vic Powell.? Award crafted by Rich Donahue,
Tucker Battle, and Jim Oldham.
