It's going to be kicking at the SAC tomorrow. Should be soarable all day.

Rock should be good also and a lot closer.

I will have the glider on the car - while driving to Montgomery County for a 60 mile bike ride (training for Seagull Century 6 October). If my legs will still carry me off the Rock, I hope to fly in the afternoon/evening. Any prognostications for late day? Hang 2 David (202 360-9900) is looking for his first solo there if any other observers will be there before me. He took a tandem with Kelvin there a couple of years ago and has five mountain flights under his belt (mostly Woodstock). He started in aerotow. - Hugh

Hugh, I'm seeing the same direction as all day until 7pm, NNW @10-15
I can be up there around 1ish for some afternoon/evening flying. If David the amazing one would like to come up, i'll keep an eye on him..
I've seen him fly before....

Man, Now i'm seeing straight north @10 all day long for hagerstown.
That changed in 8 hrs... Not sure about the Rock now. North cross.I'll check later.
