What to do when you and your friends are newly enrolled in Medicare? Well you fly of course. Today Steve and I flew Dickey's Ridge. The young guy, Steve launched around 2:40. It was an all thermal day with just a trickly of wind for launch occasionally. Steve scratched and made it up to three grand over for more than an hour. I sat on launch for half and hour looking for a couple of miles per hour wind and finally got a cycle for a rather short extendo. All in all it was a good day. A couple beers and snacks in Strasburg completed the day.
