oops! Photo upload problem fixed

Just discovered that a security-related change impacted the ability
to upload photos to the CHGPA gallery using the URLs of images that
you might have stored at a photo-sharing sites (WebShots, Flickr, etc).

I've fixed that problem, so the directions in this topic:

for "URI/URL Uploads" should now work again.

If you gave the URL upload method a try and it didn't work... Sorry
about that! Please give it another try.
