Live too far to attend a CHGPA meeting? Would you rather check out the Wednesday night reruns than drive in from the distant suburbs to check out what's happening with your club? You might want to re-think that. If you have to re-set your watch on the way to the meeting, you just might walk away with cash.
That's right! Prizes are being offered for the pilot who travels the longest distance to attend the next meeting. The pilot who travels furthest will get $400. The second and third longest trips will be awarded $200 each. The fourth and fifth get $100 each. Don't worry, the CHGPA checkbook wasn't harmed in the making of this offer. Club funds aren't being used.
And just by chance, we have a special guest. USHPA president Lisa Tate will be attending our next meeting to discuss USHPA's strategic plan to grow our sport. Have you ever wanted to ask the USHPA president a question? Feel like walking away with cash? Then cross that Bay Bridge, pay those Greenway tolls, brave the Beltway and show up!
New location: Shirlington library in Arlington county. We have to clear out by 9:00 p.m., so let's get there by 7:00. http://www.arlingtonva.us/departments/L ... ngton.aspx

Reminder: There might be a discrepancy about the name of the street where
you take a left, after the intersection of South Arlington Mill and South Randolph.
