Is there a scheduled Pilot Safety Briefing prior to everyone flying? Also, as past history has shown, I would highly recommend that "Flying Teams" be established prior to launching vice after miles have been covered. That has kind of skewed the competition a few times when teams have been declared after goal ... not that I'm competitive or anything
