High Rock Sat10Aug ?
High Rock sometimes works pretty well on north days, and tomorrow's
'cast is N@5-10 . Anyone thinking of giving it a shot?

high rock 10aug
if N. 5-10 is flyable in a Falcon I'll give it a .......try
High Rock / Ridgely
I was thinking Ridgely if the conditions aren't too strong on the ground. Nearly due North is not the best direction there if I remember right but it could be doable if the winds aren't too strong.
A mountain flight and a little cooler air would be nice too.

Yup, Highland's definitely another option! I'm leaning towards
High Rock because I haven't gotten to the mtns much in recent
weeks. I guess if it looks more NNE than true north tomorrow,
then I might go for the towpark.
The 'Sac might also tempt me, though it's a bit of a gamble
with light winds.

PS: No NOTAM in effect for High Rock as of 6:50pm Friday.

We went, we set up, we sledded, we drank beer.
Direction was pretty good, especially from about noon to 1pm.
But there just wasn't enough wind blowin' to give ya much of
a chance. Ah well.
Mike L, Rhonda, Shawn, myself. Checked out a bunch of HG
photos that Mike and Rhonda had on their laptop, good stuff!
