English founder of the Cloud Appreciation Society decided to put what he knew about clouds in a book: The Cloudspotter's Guide. (My first ex had recommended it to me...) Anyway, the guy's humor is too much fun. Hang gliders get a brief mention on the 28th page. The last chapter is devoted to the Morning Glory - the cloud that sets up on the north coast of Australia that is THE place to fly a sail plane. (Sounds like it might be too powerful for hang gliders.)
