No Step Flair

Rich B, when Tom talked about a no step flair I'm pretty sure he was talking about the technique. If you use the same aggressive flair in moderate downwind conditions that would yield a perfect no-step landing in zero wind, you will usually have a good landing in spite of the fact that it's downwind, provided that you are prepared to run some.
