I was unclear in my earlier post. The PA Dept. of Forestry does not
own the Pulpit -- we do. Obviously the Dept. does not control our
launch there. However, the Dept. DOES control whether or not we may
fly Bill's and Fisher Road. They also control whether or not we will
gain permission to use State owned land for future launch sites.

James Smith is our contact at the PA Dept. of Forestry. He would
like to (1) hear when we are utilizing our existing sites, so he can
decide whether or not we might truly need other sites, and (2) he has
a real interest in hang gliding, kinda likes the idea of flying. If he
gets to see some launches and gets excited about our sport, he could be
a very valuable ally. He works very close to the Pulpit so that he is
why he is so interested in that site, because he could just drive up
the road and meet some pilots and watch.

Sorry to be snarky earlier. I hear all the talk about how much we
want to develop new launches and when I see what looks like apathy I
get frustrated. Plus I had to go to the Dentist again today. And I
haven't flown for a week. A deadly combination.
