Woodstock Good Friday

Post by XCanytime »

Looking way good for Woodstock tomorrow. Talked to Nelson Lewis and he is planning on coming out tomorrow. There is a chance of snow showers in the Woodstock area Friday night that could close the road for Saturday and Sunday. I'm planning on taking tomorrow off from work and getting to the mountain around 12 noon. Any others interested???

I'm seeing W all afternoon and cloudy. How does Woodstock treat ya in a West direction? Anyone?
Thanks, Shawn.

I think the Woodstock forecast looks promising, at least as of now. The direction (290 let's say), should be fine. Anything more south than 270 would be very tough. The launch slot can be a bit turbulent in west cross, so pick a nice cycle.

I am on the fence about going out. I would like more sun and a chance to go over the back. Conditions look good for a ridge run, though.

Tomorrow

Tom,
I think that base will approach 7K'+ tomorrow around 5PM. Supposed to be a little warmer tomorrow, making base higher than today. I think that you'll have your pick tomorrow on which way to go, SW down the ridge, or OTB. Hope to see you there.
