I'm not so sure about the Pulpit request... But USHPA is definitely looking for HR photos.

USHPA Magazine Story about HR--NEED PHOTOS

Hi Everyone, I just spoke with Nick Greece from the USHPA Hangliding/Paragliding magazine about the High Rock story. They're planning to run the story as a feature, but are in desperate need of some photos from High Rock. Unfortunately they're on a tight deadline and need photos in 3 days or so. If ...

Re: cockpit wish list?

From the GA side of things, maybe something that shows TFRs in real time, particularly given that we got VIPs flying around constantly.

From the paragliding side of things... You got it covered!

Re: Taylor Today?

I'd like to get some time at a training hill to practice ground handling. However, I wouldn't be able to leave DC until noon. Not sure if this would work with your plans, but let me know if you're headed there.

Interviewing HG pilots for USHPA HR story

HG Pilots! Am putting together a story about High Rock for the USHPA magazine. All the pieces are falling into place nicely, but what we're missing is a tall tale or two about flying HR BEFORE/AFTER the renovation was done. This would be along the lines of: "See how ridiculous/crazy/lame/danger...

Re: The Foundation for Free Flight Supports HR projects!

Hey Everybody, I'm new to CHGPA, a new P2. In short, a newbie. But I am a writer/journo/editor and could spearhead or help out (whatever necessary) the effort of pitching and writing the story for the USHPA magazine. That is, unless there's anyone out there who would be more qualified, or someone wh...

P1, new to Forum, looking for training sites

Hey Everyone, I'm new to the forum, a P1 studying for P2. I'm based in DC but am actually learning on the weekends up in Pennsylvania, which as you can imagine can be kind of a haul. Once I get my P2 rating I'm hoping to hook up with more local pilots, learn about sites in the area, and get as much ...
