Got 2 1hr flights. Not sure how high - no vario. About 5k, judging by the other gliders.

Two flights today -- basically sled rides to the secondary, not really blowing much down there so it was just practicing approaches and set-ups. The weather turned out a little bit different than expected, but...

Yeah, it was fun seeing some of the gang.

I, on the other hand, decided to do some storm chasing afterward. Some really nice lightning, PLENTY of rain, and some nice-sized hail . Huge clouds!

I second that. I guess I'm gonna take the glider off the ye olde hang-vehicle..at least until Sunday. Better luck then, hopefully.

nice sled ride at Daniels. A little bouyant puff blowing straight in. a little misty at launch, but cloudbase was just high enough for fine visibility.
