Last time I drove by Smithburg the sign was set to closed. Also looked like crops had sprouted in the field. If you can call anyone before you head up there to verify the status I would recommend you do so.

The forecast models have a decent spread to them. The higher resolution models favor Edith Gap in the afternoon with a bit more strength near 4 pm at 2000 ft with much of the surface winds light and variable.
